frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><br \/>\n<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>To install the app go to Google Play store or Apple app store and search Big Red Cloud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Take a picture of your Purchase Invoice:<\/strong><br \/>\n If you are using the purchase importer in the Big Red Cloud you can click on the Camera image in app to take a Picture of your Purchase 148w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 253px) 100vw, 253px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When using the function for the first time you may get asked for permissions for the app to access the Camera you will need to agree to allow the app to work.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-28901 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/bigredcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/unnamed.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"253\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bigredcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/unnamed.png 253w, https:\/\/bigredcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/unnamed-148x300.png 148w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 253px) 100vw, 253px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When you click on the Camera icon it will give you two options.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From Photos<\/li>\n<li>Take a picture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you select from Photos it will load your photos and you will be able to select your image of a Purchase Invoice.<\/p>\n<p>If you select Take Picture it will load your camera within the app.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-28903 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/bigredcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/unnamed-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"275\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bigredcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/unnamed-2.png 275w, https:\/\/bigredcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/unnamed-2-161x300.png 161w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 275px) 100vw, 275px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once you have taken the picture it will give you the option to discard it by clicking on the X or Keep by clicking on the tick.<\/p>\n<p>Once you are happy with the picture taken and click on the tick it will then give the ability to do any corrections that may be required to the image.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-28905 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/bigredcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/unnamed-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"251\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bigredcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/unnamed-3.png 251w, https:\/\/bigredcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/unnamed-3-147x300.png 147w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 251px) 100vw, 251px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You will have the option to rotate the image \u201cLeft\u201d, \u201cRight\u201d or \u201cReset\u201d<\/p>\n<p>You can also crop the image to remove any unwanted details caught in the photo by dragging the crop lines on any side of the photo.<\/p>\n<p>Once you are happy with the photo to be uploaded click on the Red circle with arrow to move to next step.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-28907 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/bigredcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/unnamed-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"254\" height=\"512\" 254px) 100vw, 254px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It will then give the option to add additional images if there is more than one page, Cancel or move onto the next step by clicking on the Red Circle with arrow.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-28909 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/bigredcloud.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/unnamed-5.png\" alt=\"\" 148w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 253px) 100vw, 253px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Next step has 3 choices. \u201cUpload &amp; Process\u201d, \u201cUpload Only\u201d or \u201cCancel\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>If you Upload &amp; Process it will upload the Purchase Invoice to the Purchase Importer and process the transaction automatically.
