The deal will see Westcoast, who have a network of over 5,000 resellers throughout the UK &amp; Ireland, distribute Big Red Cloud to all reseller customers \u2013 who will then be able to sell it on to a variety of small to medium sizes businesses. Big Red Cloud forecast the deal to be worth an estimated \u20ac2 million in revenue to the business over the next 5 \u2013 8 years.<\/p>\n<p>Announcing the partnership, Marc O Dwyer, CEO of Big Red Cloud, \u201cThis is a huge development for us and something we\u2019ve been working towards for some time. In terms of our target market, Westcoast is a perfect fit as a partner to distribute our product \u2013 not only is it one of the largest IT distributors in UK &amp; Ireland, but it has a stellar 30-year reputation and is held in high esteem by those within the sector. They work with top brands such as Microsoft, HP, Apple and Lenovo \u2013 so it is a trusted organisation with whom we are proud to be associated\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Simon Sharkey CSP Sales Director at Westcoast Ireland commented \u201cThe partnership with the Big Red Cloud is another significant stepping stone in Westcoast\u2019s path to becoming the leading UK &amp; Ireland provider in Cloud based Software AS A Service Distribution\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Big Red Cloud said that based on their forecasts this partnership will result in over 1,000 new Big Red Cloud customers. The deal comes on the back of Big Red Cloud\u2019s relationship with Microsoft who facilitated the introduction.\u00a0Big Red Cloud say they now have a very strong foothold in the Irish market but they have no plans to slow down.<\/p>\n<p>Marc commented, \u201cOver the last 2 years we have expanded our client base by 45% and if our current growth trajectory is to continue, which it looks set to, then we will have grown by a further 35% by 2017. This level of growth is terrific but not unexpected \u2013 in recent years Big Red Cloud has really focused on client feedback and has added a range of additional tools and resources to our offering to provide an even better service to Ireland\u2019s SMEs.
