All Ireland Marketing Awards\u00a02015\u00a0<\/a> in recognition of our success with the Sponsor for a Day campaign.<\/p>\nWhen we were shortlisted for the Sponsor for a Day competition we knew that we would have to be be particularly clever in marketing ourselves such was the strength of the competition we faced. \u00a0As an SME we didn’t have an unlimited budget or a large marketing team so we set about orchestrating a marketing plan that would use all the available marketing tools that we could cost effectively deploy.<\/span><\/p>\nWinning the Sponsor for a Day competition and getting the Big Red Cloud logo on the front of the Leinster jersey for the European Champions Cup game against Castres on January 17th was, to use the most oft repeated phrase, a dream come true. But there is no doubt that the clever leveraging of limited resources and budgets we deployed have had a very beneficial effect on the business.<\/p>\n
Being shortlisted is in itself an acknowledgement from our peers that you’ve executed a good marketing strategy. To win the overall prize for Small Business Marketing Award, would, believe it or not, be a dream come true.<\/p>\n
