The way accountants practice has changed dramatically due to the advent of cloud accounting. In the old days accountants had to wait for their client to send them the most up to date records of the accounts so that they could begin working. If it was the wrong file or there were any problems with the information that meant getting in touch with their client and more time down the drain. Now with Big Red Cloud’s online accounting solution accountants can now access their client’s records from anywhere at anytime with an internet connection. This means time can be spent providing their valuable service to the business rather than chasing files.

The accountants who use Big Red Cloud to prepare their clients’ business accountants have noticed how this has enabled them to be more effective. According to John Farry of Farry & Co accounts, ‘it is simple to set up and very easy to use. As external accountants we can also log in to our clients’ records and make changes and deal with any queries quickly and easily. ‘

Not only are records available at any time with Big Red Cloud, they can be accessed from anywhere. So no matter if you or your business client is out on the road or a business trip, the information that you need is always only a couple of clicks away. This gives you the business flexibility that you simply wouldn’t have on traditional software.
